Efrat Tahar-Kedem
Efrat Tahar-Kedem is
a doctoral student in Public Policy, at the (European) Universitatea
de vest din Timisoara. She was sent by the "Shavei Israel" organization
to assist in the preparations for the aliya (immigration to Israel)
of the Bnei Menasheh Tribe in Northeast India and was appointed to
work with them in the areas of community, education and employment
in Israel. She also researched the aliya from Syria during the years
1992-1997.
