Hague; Professor of Law at Concordia International University Estonia;
and Editor-in-Chief, European Business Organization Law Review
(2000- ) <www.asser.nl/ebor.htm>.
This policy paper was first published in European Journal of Law
Reform (2001). Her numerous writings, published in international,
European and Israeli law journals and books, cover various aspects of
the Arab-Israel conflict. Prof. Einhorn has also given
testimony at the US Congress Joint Economic Committee Hearing, October
27, 1997, concerning Israel’s economic future and its impact on US
relations.
