Shawn Pine Shawn Pine is
a Lieutenant Colonel in the active US Army Reserves specializing in
intelligence. He has served in a myriad of intelligence and combat
arms assignments most recently deploying in support of US operations
in Iraq. He has published a number of articles concerning the
prevailing military and strategic environment in the Middle East.
His works have appeared in Israel Affairs, The
International Journal of Intelligence and Counterintelligence,
The Jerusalem Post, and Nativ. He has authored four
policy papers that were published under the auspices of the Ariel
Center for Policy Research and has contributed articles to the
works, From Rabin to Netanyahu: Israel's Troubled Agenda and
Peace With Syria: No Margin For Error.
