Arnon Soffer

Professor Arnon Soffer teaches Geography at Haifa University and publishes frequently on the subject of minorities in Israel and the geography of the Middle East. His book, Rivers of Fire which examines the struggle for water in the Middle East (Am Oved, 1992).
