Gerald Steinberg
Gerald Steinberg
is a Professor of Political Studies at Bar Ilan University, directs
the Program on Conflict Management and Negotiation, and is a member of
the BESA Center for Strategic Studies. He is also a consultant to the
Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs and National Security Council,
participates in the NATO and OSCE Mediterranean Seminars, and is a
fellow of the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs. His analyses are
published in the Jerusalem Post, Toronto Globe and Mail,
Financial Times, International Herald Tribune, and other
publications, and appears on NBC News, NPR, CBC , BBC, and CNN. Recent
academic papers include “Unripeness and Conflict Management:
Re-examining the Oslo Process and Its Lessons” and “Israel and the US:
Can the Special Relationship Survive in the New Strategic
Environment?”.
