Shmuel Neumann
Shmuel Neumann, Ph.D. a
professor of psychology who published in various fields in
psychology and politics. He has a clinical practice in Jerusalem and
leads a group called “Yesha Homestead” that encourages Jews to move
into Judea and Samaria, and helps them develop homesteads in Judea
and Samaria. He also established Assisted Emigration Services that
facilitates the emigration of Palestinians.
