Joel Fishman
Joel Fishman is an
Associate of the Jerusalem Institute for Public Affairs. He received
his Ph.D. in Modern European History and Certificate of the European
Institute from Columbia University. He is currently studying
problems relating to political warfare and the defense of democracy.
