Dr. Aharon Ben-Ami has been a Senior Lecturer of Sociology at City
College of New York, Haifa University as well as Bar Ilan University. He is
a contributor to Nativ as well as the general Israeli press. His
publications include: Social Change in a Hostile Environment: The Case of
the Crusaders' Kingdom in Jerusalem in the 12th Century, Princeton
University Press, 1969, and A Reader in Social Psychology, Am Oved
Publications, Israel, 1974 (Hebrew); Editor of The Book of Eretz Israel;
(Hebrew), 1977, Editor, of Hayarden, a bi-weekly publication,
1985-1997.
