Naaman Belkind
is a retired engineer with 33 years of
service in the Israel Atomic Energy Commission and the Israeli Ministry of
Defense. A former Assistant to the Deputy Minister of Defense for Special Means,
he headed various projects at the Nuclear Research Center in Dimona and served
as Science Counselor at Israel’s Embassy in Washington, DC.
