Dr. Uri Milstein is an authority on
the War of Independence and author of the History of Israel's War of
Independence, published in four volumes from 1996 to 1999. Milstein
is also know for his controversial biography of Yitzhak Rabin, The
Rabin File: An Unauthorized Expose (1999).
